Friends of Marsh Lane Nature Reserve

I believe this development to represent significant harm to the biodiversity and ecosystems contained within this by proxy Wildlife Reserve, "the National Planning Policy Framework is clear that pursuing sustainable development includes moving from a net loss of biodiversity to achieving net gains for nature, and that a core principle for planning is that it should contribute to conserving and enhancing the natural environment and reducing pollution." I cant see any demonstrable net gain within the application to enhance the biodiversity and ecosystems of the proposed development, therefore I object to this application.
